  1. You might want to add the following in your watchlist perhaps, if you haven’t already seen them 😉
    1-Chungking Express (wong kar wai)
2- In the mood for love (wong kar wai)
3- Color of paradise (Majid Majidi)
    4- The past (Asghar Farhadi)
5- Haider (one heck of a bolly movie actually)
    6- The Conformist (Italian)
7- Mr. Nobody (Brilliant! May require multiple viewings)
8- A taste of cherry (Iranian)
    9- Turtles can fly (Iranian)
10- The Willow tree (Majid Majidi I believe)

That’s all I could think of at the moment. If you’ve seen these then I tip my imaginary hat to you good sir.

  2. Oh and a few documentaries:
    1- Facing Ali
    2- Man on Wire
    3- Into the abyss
    4- Food inc
5- Searching for sugar man (or something)
6- Pervert’s guide to ideology ( too ambitious, worth watching nevertheless)

  3. Thanks a lot for the wonderful suggestions. I have watched a few of them, esp the Iranian films, and will look into those I have not. Thanks again for dropping by 🙂
